Nationwide Flashmob Event by Cassiopeia

 

Fanclub of 5 members male group TVXQ (U-Know Yunho, Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, Xiah Junsu, Max Changmin), Cassiopeia on the 27th afternoon had a surprise flashmob event in front of Woori Bank, Jung-dong, Seoul.

The flashmob event was held at the same time nationwide today on February 27th, 12:26 PM in Gwangju, Busan, Myeong-dong, and Cheongju where all TVXQ fans united to show that they will always wait all five TVXQ members be together and keep the faith.

TVXQ mentioned in the Mexican Radio

Thanks to Maria de los Angeles who recommended TVXQ band on the special section “Fonoteca-la propuesta musical” of the radio program Hoy por Hoy in the W-Radio Station; the boys were mentioned and this assiduous fan was interviewed asking info about the boys.

Basically they asked who DBSK is, how did she get to know them. They also asked what was the Korean cheer that they heard so much on the World Soccer Cup Korea/Japan. They asked where could more people investigate about them and stuff like that. After finishing the interview they said that it was freshly interesting to hear this kind of musical proposal. Then they leave Mirotic till the end without talking so the listeners get to appreciate it better (this doesn’t appear in the youtube link)

Although the youtube link only has the part of the interview. They did keep talking about them.

After Mirotic was finished, commercials came, and after commercials; they continue talking about DBSK and the amazing response they where having as soon as they played it. All this was said while “Wrong number” was playing in the back. They were surprised that they where so popular in Mexico and thanked for the wide response.

They continue their news program and at the end of it they decided to put another song of TVXQ. This time it was “Break Out”

Hehehehe hope this tip is a bit interesting.
TVXQ has already sounded in Peru and Chile, finally it has arrived to Mexico

The song “TAXI” is much more popular than I thought!
A song that was only included in the album should be so popular…I myself has written the lyrics for the song, and I am really surprised.

For all the other songs, many people have emotionally written their feelings.

Representative Chang: “We’ll bring Uknow Yunho, SJM and F(x) to display image”

The Shanghai world expo is an opportunity for both Korea and China to know more about each other.
Being the representative for the Korea’s booth in the world expo, Representative Chang Joon-sang stated on the 22nd at the media conference for the world expo that, “China is now Korea’s number 1 country. In the long run, it will become a greater and more important country.”
Representative Chang also stated that the EXPO not only affect the participating countries’ strength, but the most important reason is that this event may affect the economy of the country, just like how the Olympics can held affect the country’s economy. In this exhibition, Korea will be represented through its products, image, as well as culture.
Korea’s booth will be all about image, and they have invited DBSK’s Uknow Yunho, Super Junior M and F(x) to participate in the events.

Xiah Junsu Mesmerizes Audience at Last Seoul Performance of Mozart!

The incarnation of love and freedom child musical prodigy Mozart, [Mozart!] the musical’s last performance in Seoul was on the 20th, and Xiah Junsu’s explosive live performance mesmerized the audience.

Child music prodigy Mozart’s legendary life has been presented in front of an audience, Xiah Junsu’s performance on that day won the unanimous praise of seniors, the dreamy live singing getting favourable reviews.

In the eye-catching chapter 12, at the playground, while dressing up a new stage, with a Mozart who reunited with the Beverly family, to match their silly image, four words “TVXQ” and “Xiah Junsu” were called out, causing the audience to collapse with laughter.

When Constantine and her loved one Mozart reunited, Constantine’s skirt rolled up a bit, a charming yet innocent joke by Junsu “I can see your underwear” was also made.

The most spectacular was Chapter 14. The Archbishop of Cologne was in front of the emperor for opportunistic theft of Mozart’s chance to perform. When Mozart found him in a fit of anger, in the situation of a opposition, the words “You are an idiot” exploded. The archbishop did not understand and asked, “What do you mean by idiot?” “Count Arco! Do you know what is an idiot?” When the lines came out consecutively the audience burst out in fits of laughter.

With structured conflicts in the extreme, such performances let audiences feel fast and tense dramatic action. Following the story’s epic progression, passionate live performances let the piece of work show fluent rhythm and made the musical doubly interesting.

The audience have said that “This kind of singing is in no way inferior to the explosiveness of a bullet, it makes people forget this is live, it’s like being in a dream.” “Especially Xiah Junsu’s natural yet not indifferent kind of singing, it’s like a child who hasn’t grown up yet, the pure image of Mozart lets people feel closer to the character.

Tohoshinki Has Yet to Disappear

Three of TVXQ’s members in Korea are still in a dispute with their company, while in Japan, they have once again proven that they are Asia’s best.

Oricon Chart news reported on the 23rd that TVXQ’s “BEST SELECTION 2010” has sold 413,000 copies, and that it took the top spot in the March Oricon Monthly Chart; this is the highest record for a foreign group. The record was previously set by Bon Jovi’s “These Days” which was released in June 1995 with 379,000 copies sold. From the 17th of February, the local sales of “BEST SELECTION 2010” came to a total of more than 200,000. From this, we can see how they took first place consecutively for days, and after a week created the record of selling more than 400,000 copies. After their debut in Japan last April 2005, this is the first time they claimed the top spot through an album, and not a single; of course, they were also the first Korean boy band to do so. Up until now, the best album chart ranking was their 4th Japanese album “The Secret Code” last March.

Oricon stated that, “Just like last year’s total album sales got the good result of ‘BEST 3’ in the charts, the TVXQ who soared high in 2009 were chosen to be models for the cover page of women’s magazine ‘JJ.’ Their popularity cannot be stopped,” and more comments like these.

This album is a collection of the members’ chosen songs; the CD+DVD version includes 11 songs’ PVs. The 2CD+DVD version is a compilation if the members’ handpicked songs, new song “Tokiwo Tomete,” public download limited song “Endlessly Sweet,” and the theme song of this year’s movie to be released in September, “With All My Heart.” “Endlessly Sweet” and a mix of currently hot song “TVXQ NONSTOP-MIX VOL. 2” will be meeting everyone shortly.

On the other hand, this time’s “BEST SELECTION 2010” will be released in Korea on the 5th of March; album stakeholders are concerned about the result because it’s difficult nowadays to sell CDs in Korea. In 2008, the official 4th Korean album “MIROTIC” exceeded 500,000 copies in Korea, being hailed as the top-selling album for that year.

From Cassiopeia to International Fans

This is part of Tohosomnia’s project Thanks to…, where translators from Tohosomnia generously translated letters from International Fans to Cassiopeia and the reply letters to International Fans from Cassiopeia.

Here is one letter I found particularly moving:

Five people who have gathered full of passion under the four letters that are TVXQ..
and us, who gathered full of love for them under the name Cassiopeia..

And in a far away place..
In an unfamiliar.. and different place, there are fans who care for them too..

When I saw the letter talking about the fact that international fans
rely on.. care for.. and support Cassiopeia as much as they do TVXQ
my heart swelled with emotions..

Although I am only a small presence in comparison to Cassiopeia as a whole..
I am so thankful to the international fans for sending us heartfelt letters
that I decided to send you all my thanks, small as it may be..

It could have been that… It was easy for us to know about them –
Because we saw them constantly on programs ever since they debuted..
They were on whenever we turned the TV on..
And falling in love with them was so natural that I don’t remember when it happened exactly..

Yunho and Go Ara Nominated For The 46th Annual PaeSang Arts Award!

Thanks to the drama, “Heading to the ground”, many Korean, as well as international viewers, were able to witness Yunho’s acting talents. And not only did it allow viewers to see his fresh and adorable acting, it also helped him land a nomination for the popularity award at the 46th Paeksang Arts Awards. And naturally, Go Ara, his partner on screen, was also nominated.

The ceremony will be aired on KBS2TV on the 26th of March. Due to his busy schedule with the training and rehearsals for the “This Is It” concert, not to mention having to go to the US, there is no confirmation whether Yunho will be attending.

Even still, I’m pretty sure fans are crossing their fingers holding on to that small hope of him being able to attend. After all, who wouldn’t want to see our manly and model-like leader shi walk down that red carpet in an awesome tuxedo among other famous and great actors, right?

[FANACC/TRANS] 100225 “I’m a Man & I love TVXQ!” By Bigeast

13 years old, Junior high school student: My mom loves TVXQ and since my friends tell me I look like Junsu, I started to watch their DVDs and became a fan. ^^ I have a few guy friends who are also TVXQ fans at school and it is so much fun to share new stuff about them with my fan friends.

18 years old, student: My young sister loves TVXQ. We are really close, so I watched a DVD with her, and without knowing how and when it happened, I became fan of TVXQ too! ^^ They sing and dance so well and all five of them look great! I love the fact that they are such good friends with each other. That’s how we guy friends should be! I purely love all members of TVXQ!

21 years old, student: I am Xiah fan. I am a guy who likes women. But, TVXQ are the guys who look super cool in my eyes. I love “Purple Line” and I often imitate TVXQ fashion. I would love to find more male fans of TVXQ to be my friend.

25 years old, businessman: I liked the Backstreet Boys in the past. TVXQ is from Korea which is near to Japan so it makes me feel closer to TVXQ and I easily became their fan. When I sing TVXQ song, everyone loves it. (Do I sound like I’m bragging? hahaha.) I wish to know even more about TVXQ!

35 years old, businessman: I was interested in Korea before. And when my friend gave me TVXQ’s album “T” last year, I loved it! When I attended Kobe Fan meeting, Yuchun and I made eye contact with each other and he yelled “Oh, there is a man here!” And he looked so happy! LOL
